I can not say enough good things about Ethan Stall. Because I live in Kansas, Ethan showed properties to my son and his wife and by asking questions of them learned exactly what kind of home I was looking for. You need to work with Ethan! We trusted him to help us purchase our first home, and he was excellent. Very communicative, genuine, trustworthy, and asked the right questions to help us identify what we were actually looking for. We leaned on his expertise, and appreciated that he talked us out of a home that was overpriced. Post-sale: he's gone above and beyond for us; checking in multiple times after the sale to make sure we're still happy in the house.
