I can't recommend Ethan Shapiro highly enough. He's the fourth or fifth realtor I've worked with as a residential buyer or seller and he stands out distinctly from the run of the mill. Warm, personable and attentive, like any successful agent - but also creative, seriously data-driven, and comprehensive in his approach to helping his clients reach their goals.
