Ethan's experience as a realtor really shined through when I used him to help me buy my first home. He was patient with me, tried to learn and understand what I wanted (because I didn't even know for sure), and helped guide me with negotiating. Ethan was a star in the process of my wife and I buying our first home. He helped make sure that some issues that were in the inspection were tidied up and paid for by the sellers as there was some pushback in them getting it taken care of. He kept us up to date on the whole process, and we were able to go from inspecting the house we loved to getting our offer put in and accepted in the same day. Although the events leading up to working with Ethan were out of the ordinary, once we established a relationship to get my property sold - everything was smooth sailing.
