I recently bought an engagement ring of more than $2,500 in this store the ring turned green which generated distrust and I just went to check the value of the ring and it turns out that its value is less than $350, they are SCAMMERS, all of us who have been scammed by this store should join and do something legally, this can't stay like this.

This is my go to diamond store. I come from Brooklyn to buy my jewelry from here. Jaber is God sent! Jaber and staff are the nicest and most professional diamond sellers you will meet. Please save your time and money. These people are crooks. My fiance purchased my ring here and was told by one guy "lifetime repairs" AND within a week, THREE stones fell off. I took it to them and they claimed they couldn't locate the invoice in the system. I showed them the invoice and they claimed there's no free repairs offered but they'd do a one time courtesy repair.
