I called Ethan Clark because I had a leak coming from my A/C unit. From the beginning the experience was amazing. I was told that I would get a text between 10 and 12 and right around 10 I got a text. Jake came out. He was nice, pleasant, friendly, and informative. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. He didnt try to upsell me or pressure me to buy anything extravagant. He not only found the source of the problem and fixed it. He also told me what to do to prevent it from happening again. Unsolicited review - we have used these guys for many years and found them to be honest and never trying to upsell. We had our A/C go out on early on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. I texted them at 7am Saturday and they were ready to have someone come out by 9am; however, after some back and forth texts, the company's owner was able to diagnose the problem and I was able to fix it myself (the drainage was clogged - quick wet vac took care of it).
