I can’t believe I haven’t written a formal review for Ethan before now, but my husband and I have nothing but great things to say about this guy! He sold our first home very quickly & easily and got us an almost 200% ROI! He then stuck with us for over 2 years in searching for our second home. Really poor experience with a property listed by Ethan that we were later told was invalid and could not be sold even though we had walked the property, offered, and were under contract. It cost us an inspection fee that Ethan refused to try and get back for us. We are months beyond the deal falling through and still have not received our earnest money back. The delays have come with a handful of nonsensical excuses. Look elsewhere unless you want to gain a headache and lose money.
Ethan goes above and beyond for us! He is extremely organized and his team is strong! I would recommend to anyone who wants a real agent!!
