Pick-up time confirmation is erroneously recorded in Eternity Limo's system. Our request was to be picked up at 1:10 AM at SFO. We had been looking for the driver. When we called Eternity Limo, they have it in their system recorded as 10:43 am, which is totally different from our request and the confirmation email they sent. DO NOT BOOK ETERNITY LIMOUSINE IN SAN FRANCISCO! Such a terrible limo service!

Wow, this was my very first time booking a limousine service. I was very hesitant as I have heard bad and sometimes horrific stories from friends and colleagues. However, My experience with this particular limo’ service was GREAT! The driver was very friendly. The limousine was clean and looked brand new. The driver was there on time to pick us up. I had a great experience with this business. The GM was very helpful on the phone and he looked for the best available options within my budget. Daniel could figure out how to please me despite the short notice he had to plan my trip. I will be using this company again in the future, I am pleased with their services.

Amazing service! Great email communication and customer service, we made reservation online for Airport transfer and received confirmation by e-mail with all details. They showed up on time and had driven us to the destiny safely. I Highly recommend it.
