I give this jewelry company a -5 because one of the sellers had been trying to get me to buy something but I was there to get my necklace fixed like I always do. The male seller that’s taller gave me a rope chain saying it was just a $1000 that I would be able to pay off in a year. After I told him I was broke he put $50-$60 in my account from his Zelle so I thought that was nice of him. Wish I would of read these reviews before shopping here. I didn't and now I regret it. This place has the worst customer service. I can write a book on how this place is a scam. IF YOU SHOP HERE SHAME ON YOU!!

I purchased my wife and my wedding ring from here. Her ring had to be sized and the jewelers did take care of everything and provided great service! I am thankful for the staff here at Eternity Jewelry!

Absolutely disappointed in the poor customer experience and inconvenience that this jewelry store has caused. We purchased two bracelets and spent a total of 3 hours just trying to get the lease situated and leave. They asked us to come back in 2-3 days for our babies bracelet. We didn’t hear back for almost a week! When we arrived, our bracelet was made with the wrong chain. Manager there didn’t even apologize.
