Had my floors installed in 2023. Everything looked great until bubbles started to appear in my luxury vinyl flooring maybe a month after install. I reached out to the third party who installed it, who in turn reached out to Eternity flooring. They do not stand by their warranty and refuse to help without a receipt. I have some original boxes and the name of the individual that installed the flooring. Provided pictures and they refuse to help without a receipt. My flooring is only 6 yrs old and has warped and now even the corners have broken off. There is a 50 yr residential warranty that means nothing because they will do all they can to get out of fixing their sub-par product.

Eternity Flooring *******.We were purchasing this companies vinyl products to sell in our showroom but after the way they treated my company and my customer we will no longer do business with them. We purchased 900 sq feet of their higher end luxury vinyl plank flooring called #Paramount ETSS903 and started installing it on March 15th over a plywood sub-floor upstairs.
