I have been dealing with Mr. Bill and miss Anna at this eternity gift shop and also to find jewelry store when they had 2 locations back a long while back. I've always enjoyed their company and the way they keep their space in the community. I will miss him, but what's get a chance to? Visit San Francisco China town again. I always come here. I strongly Recommend coming to the shop. It's very unique in these modern times.
Bought some wonderful knives here, the owners are very lovely. Definitely recommend coming here even for jewelry. I come here everytime I visit SF.
I wandered into this shop because I was looking for a place to repair two golden necklaces I had broken. I met Annie, the store clerk and she was so incredibly kind to me. Even though the shop doesn’t normally do repairs she agreed to have her repair man come fix it for me for a reasonable price. My necklace got fixed within 2 days and they looked good as new! Beware NO REFUND. Bought a bracelet for my wife one week ago. The clasp broke the first time she wore it. We drove 60 miles and asked for our money back. No deal. Only repair or store credit, even though it broke and our trust was lost. Bad customer service.
