I was effectively scammed by Eternaldia. I ordered a "1 carat total weight diamond earning" pair from Eternaldia (fulfilled by walmart.com) but what I recieved was a .5 carat pendant. Walmart.com accepted the return but Eternaldia did not recognize that they had sent the wrong item and flagged my return as incomplete. Eternaldia kept both my money and the pendant that I returned. This review is the only way I can directly address Eternaldia as they have no phone, email, or chat to directly contact them.
