There is no customer service when your roses are not delivered properly. I have spent hours of my time tracking USPS and get nowhere. These are expensive and there should be email follow up to the customers, but it is lacking. They should use UPS and have insurance on this product. You pay top dollar for this luxury item but beware you get customer service that is frustrating and apathetic

The gemini eternal rose i ordered was a perfect gift for my girlfriend. My order was received quickly and in perfect condition. The rose is beautiful and even smells like a rose. My girlfriend loved it! Will definitely be a return customer
They never emailed me back about a shipping inquiry. I received the package 2 days free the expected shipping date. When opened the roses were half dead or either very poor quality. Do not order from here.
