BE AWARE!!! This is been the worst experience I have ever had buying online for the past 15 years. The flower I received from them was broken. Package didn’t have any sticker/label of “fragile or handle with care” a very light weight brown package so that explains why the flower arrived in the condition that it did. Ordered as a baby gift. When the roses arrived they were flat. Contacted customer service and sent pictures. They said it must have happened in shipping and offered a replacement. Second roses arrived same as the first. When I contacted customer service again I was told they were putting in an insurance request and would follow up with any and all recovered funds. There is no customer service when your roses are not delivered properly. I have spent hours of my time tracking USPS and get nowhere. These are expensive and there should be email follow up to the customers, but it is lacking. They should use UPS and have insurance on this product. You pay top dollar for this luxury item but beware you get customer service that is frustrating and apathetic
