I wouldn't in my wildest dreams of thought I could putmeet such a nice man. Gerald was so helpful from the alife to the end. First of all after the initial phone call to him we had to change the time to meet him 4 times. Without irritation or showing it if there was any. We finely met with him he filled out the quick and easy paperwork, he very sympathetic and kind all the way through. Although other people have had a good experience with this service, ours was horrendous. We had made arrangements for our beloved dog who we had had for 12 years to go there after he had been euthanized. Both my husband and I had arranged it for the Friday morning. We turned up at Eternal rest only to find the place closed. We tried calling both numbers but it went to VM.
