I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Shannon and the Eternal Pawprints staff. Making the decision to let a cherished pet go is an agonizing and emotionally demanding process. Dr. Shannon and her team helped us through this with sensitivity and understanding even offering follow-up grief counseling if we felt the need. These are very special people to whom we owe a debt of eternal gratitude.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Shannon and the compassion, kindness, dignity, and love she showed Toby and our family during one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives. Saying goodbye to my beloved son (dog) Toby was not easy but having Dr. Shannon come to our home allowed us to say goodbye to him peacefully, in the place where he felt safe and loved, surrounded by the people who loved him most. Dr.Shannon was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and explained what was happening while the event was happening! She encouraged me to love on Raven while she was sedated and explained that Raven could still hear my voice and encouraged me to pet her and to tell her how much I loved her.
