Dr.Shannon was absolutely amazing! She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen and explained what was happening while the event was happening! She encouraged me to love on Raven while she was sedated and explained that Raven could still hear my voice and encouraged me to pet her and to tell her how much I loved her.
