First off, if you're able, I highly recommend using a hospice care service when it's time for your pet to cross the rainbow bridge. Nothing can make it not awful, but this way seemed the least bad of all options. My incredibly sweet 15-year-old kitten Fiona's cancer returned with fury and it was her time. At a next-day appointment, Dr. Shannon arrived and, quietly and respectfully, described the process to me and everything I could expect. She scratched my sweet kitty along her jaw and cheek and, to my surprise, my timid kit... read more

I will be forever grateful to Dr. Shannon and her staff. I needed guidance on helping my Zoey go to the rainbow bridge. She lived a wonderful, happy, spoiled life for 17 1/2 years . And she deserved to leave this world with dignity & grace, in her own home. She was surrounded in so much love. Run free my little diva..My heart is broken, but I know she’s in a better place now

There are no words for how difficult it is to say goodbye to a beloved pet, but we are so deeply grateful for the compassion and dignity this team brought into our home on the hardest day. From the moment they arrived, they were gentle, calm, and incredibly kind — not only to our 14-year-old dog Bentley, but to our entire family. Dr. Shannon took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and allowed us the space to love, hold, and comfort our baby in his final moments. Her presence turned what could have been a trauma... read more

I can't say enough about Eternal Pawprints and Dr. Shannon. They are compassionate and understanding. The decision our family had to make for our cat, Emmy, to be able to transition from this life was one of the hardest, and they walked us through every step of the way with sympathy and patience. Dr. Shannon showed Emmy love and was gentle with her as if she was part of her family, as well. Highly recommend if you are facing the same difficult decision for your family pet.

During a very difficult time for the family as we realized it was time to let go of our beloved Sammie, Paw Prints demonstrated an unbelievable caring and gentle approach to what could have been even more traumatic. She never rushed us, took time to talk with us about our dog, and showed empathy throughout the process. We highly recommend this service when that unfortunate time comes to say goodbye to a four legged part of the family.
