Dr.Shannon was incredibly kind to my family and I during such a hard time. She introduced herself to our dog and greeted him first, evaluated all of his symptoms, and helped us make the right decision for his end of life care. It was an incredibly peaceful process and she was very gentle with our dog. I can't reccomend her enough.

From the moment I called to set up the appointment to the last moments with our dog, eternal pawprints provided kindness and reassurance. This allowed our fur baby the ability to pass comfortably in her own home. I would recommend them to anyone considering home euthanasia.
Dr. Shannon showed such deep compassion and care as she helped Penelope cross the rainbow bridge. In one of our hardest moments, her gentle presence brought a sense of peace and comfort we will always be grateful for. She treated Penelope with dignity and love and supported us with kindness every step of the way, making it just a little easier to say goodbye.
I can't say enough about Eternal Pawprints. From the moment I contacted them they were so sympathetic and accommodating with scheduling and how I wanted to communicate with them. They made an absolutely heartbreaking situation about as good as it could be. Our family dog was able to pass in our home, with all of the people that he loved most, peacefully and without anxiety or pain.
