Dr. Shannon made an incredibly difficult day as easy as possible. Her care and empathy were immediately evident. Thank you again for making our boy's final moments peaceful and quick.

We had to say goodbye to our tiny voidling cat, named Rue, back in October. She'd been dealing with chronic illness for a few years and we knew it was time. Rue was an absolute sweetheart ... except at the vet clinic. She was only 6 pounds and lacked half her teeth but she sure knew how to bring fear into most vet techs' hearts. She typically needed multiple sedatives for any of her vet visits. It felt wrong for her final goodbye to be so stressful. Thankfully, services like Eternal Pawprints exist. Dr. Shannon and her staff... read more

It was so hard to say goodbye to our dog, Chevelle who was 14 years old. And I am so grateful for Dr. Shannon who on our first visit got to know our dog. She provided simple suggestions and information on how to keep Chevelle more comfortable. Dr. Shannon was very responsive to my questions. Our dog hated going to the vet, it was such a blessing to be able to say goodbye in our home surrounded by family. On the day Dr. Shannon was compassionate and I appreciated her peaceful energy.

We recently said goodbye to our beloved cat, Sid, and we are so grateful to Eternal Pawprints for helping us through one of the most difficult days of our lives. Dr. Shannon, who came to our home was gentle, patient, and incredibly kind. She took the time to get to know Sid and explained each step of the process. Sid was able to stay in his favorite spot, surrounded by love, and his passing was peaceful. Dr. Shannon gave us plenty of time and also encouraged our other pets to say goodbye. Eternal Pawprints truly gave us a gi... read more

This was such a hard thing to do. We had Nico in our lives for 15 years, he was a feisty 6lb rat terrier that was the boss! Eternal Pawprints was very caring and helpful through this process. From the first phone call to the moment Nico peacefully left us. Doing this at home was very important to us and I am glad we were able to do it with such caring support from Shannon. I highly suggest using Eternal Pawprints when you are faced with this tough decision for your pet.
