Dr. Shannon showed such deep compassion and care as she helped Penelope cross the rainbow bridge. In one of our hardest moments, her gentle presence brought a sense of peace and comfort we will always be grateful for. She treated Penelope with dignity and love and supported us with kindness every step of the way, making it just a little easier to say goodbye.
I can't say enough about Eternal Pawprints. From the moment I contacted them they were so sympathetic and accommodating with scheduling and how I wanted to communicate with them. They made an absolutely heartbreaking situation about as good as it could be. Our family dog was able to pass in our home, with all of the people that he loved most, peacefully and without anxiety or pain. Dr. Shannon was so sweet and comforting during such a difficult time.
Dr. Shannon and all the staff I had contact with were amazing. They treated me with such compassion and care when I needed someone to help my beautiful boy pass. Dr. Shannon was very kind and helpful, explaining the process and answering questions and talking me through things as they were happening. It was a very hard time but I’m so grateful my boy got to pass at home surrounded by family. It was so peaceful. I miss him so much but I’m glad he’s not suffering anymore. Well worth every penny. Highly recommend this service.
Dr. Shannon and her team were very empathetic, compassionate and professional. It was very important to us that our sweet Betty passed peacefully at home. Dr. Shannon provided that for us and for Betty.
