I first saw Jyoti about three weeks ago for a Reiki session and I immediately felt the difference. Afterwards, I was much calmer, focused, balanced and centered. I couldn t wait for the next session. Not only is she great as a Reiki Practitioner but is also very personable and down to earth. She also teaches breathwork, relaxing body movement and meditation which have all made a big difference in my world. If you re looking for a very Zen and relaxing experience definitely give Eternal Light Healing a try!!
