Its nice but I have to dig out my brothers plaque every time I visit. It shouldn't matter how often you visit. This is Eternal hills responsibility to keep every single ground plaque visible. If it's meant for the families to keep it up, then all the personal items that are left on their Family members plaque or head stone shouldn't be removed. My father, my brother-in-law and now my mother are all buried here. Joe O. is so understanding and considerate when planning such an emotional event in memory of our loved ones. The fact that it is close to the ocean and you feel peace and serenity surrounded by beautiful grounds makes it refreshing.
