I was very excited to find a dermatologist around my area, especially after seeing positive reviews about this practice. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Rodney was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment today with Dr. Rodney for an initial chemical peel consultation. I was genuinely excited going in, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The consultation cost $200 and lasted approximately five minutes. During that time, I did not feel that my skin was thoroughly assessed, nor was I asked about my skin type, concerns, or treatment goals. Extremely disappointed in this practice. I called to reschedule my appointment 24 hours in advance due to anticipated icy weather the morning of my appointment. Despite the fact that I was not canceling but simply trying to reschedule for safety reasons, Eternal Dermatology still charged a $50 fee to my credit card because I did not provide 48 hours’ notice. This was my 1st time visiting this office. Everyone here is very efficient and kind. I came for mole removal and chemical peel. They removed all of my moles same day and gave me my first of 4 chemical peels. Highly recommend this Doctor and her staff. Extremely professional!!
When I walked in, it was clearly a busy morning, but the receptionist handled EVERYTHING with so much grace and professionalism. The lobby stayed calm, everyone was taken care of, and patients were seen in and out with no issues. Dr. Rodney is incredible….truly the best of the best and so knowledgeable on my treatments.
