I was very excited to find a dermatologist around my area, especially after seeing positive reviews about this practice. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Rodney was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment today with Dr. Rodney for an initial chemical peel consultation. I was genuinely excited going in, especially after reading so many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. The consultation cost $200 and lasted approximately five minutes. During that time, I did not feel that my skin was thoroughly assessed, nor was I asked about my skin type, concerns, or treatment goals. When I walked in, it was clearly a busy morning, but the receptionist handled EVERYTHING with so much grace and professionalism. The lobby stayed calm, everyone was taken care of, and patients were seen in and out with no issues. Dr. Rodney is incredible….truly the best of the best and so knowledgeable on my treatments. I traveled all the way from New Jersey to see Dr. Rodney at Eternal Dermatology, and it was absolutely worth it. The office is beautiful and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little time I had to wait. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly.
