Extremely disappointed in this practice. I called to reschedule my appointment 24 hours in advance due to anticipated icy weather the morning of my appointment. Despite the fact that I was not canceling but simply trying to reschedule for safety reasons, Eternal Dermatology still charged a $50 fee to my credit card because I did not provide 48 hours’ notice. This was my 1st time visiting this office. Everyone here is very efficient and kind. I came for mole removal and chemical peel. They removed all of my moles same day and gave me my first of 4 chemical peels. Highly recommend this Doctor and her staff. Extremely professional!!
When I walked in, it was clearly a busy morning, but the receptionist handled EVERYTHING with so much grace and professionalism. The lobby stayed calm, everyone was taken care of, and patients were seen in and out with no issues. Dr. Rodney is incredible….truly the best of the best and so knowledgeable on my treatments. I traveled all the way from New Jersey to see Dr. Rodney at Eternal Dermatology, and it was absolutely worth it. The office is beautiful and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little time I had to wait. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly.
