Dr. Rodney and her team provided me with excellent service. I was able to get solutions to my concerns and a plan towards achieving my desired results. The facility was clean and the staff were friendly. Going to the doctor can sometimes build anxiety however, Dr. Rodeny made me feel at ease and made sure to answer all my questions. I look forward to returning in the near future to continue my treatment. I will recommend Dr. Rodney to all those seeking excellent dermatology care.
I traveled all the way from New Jersey to see Dr. Rodney at Eternal Dermatology, and it was absolutely worth it. The office is beautiful and welcoming, and I was pleasantly surprised by how little time I had to wait. Check-in was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, I was hoping to have a better review for this business but after my consultation and spending $200, I have to say expected more. I've been to various different dermatologists and usually they'll view your scalp under a microscope and tell you if there are still some follicles that are alive. From when the med tech came out with a very unenthusiastic look and serious demeanor, I knew something was off. Finding medical care providers of color is not always easy to do. However, Eternal Dermatology is an amazing Black-owned dermatology office that you will want to visit (if you need to lol). Dr. Rodney and her staff are extremely kind, caring, and patient. The atmosphere is comforting and warm. If you need a black dermatologist, please look no further than Eternal!
It is always a pleasant experience meeting with Dr. Rodney. I trust her treatment plan because my hair growth is noticeable and my inflammation is gone. I am pleased with my journey. Thank you and your staff for making a scary situation pleasant!
