My experience with Eterna Med Spa was absolutely awful. The level of professionalism was shockingly poor, and the way I was treated left me with zero confidence in this business. Even more concerning, I believe my intellectual property was used without my permission. That is a serious issue, and one I do not take lightly. I had facial acne scarring that had been bothering me for years, and through my research I found Eterna M.D. and Dr. Mercado. I’m so glad I did. He’s the only doctor in the area who performs nano-fat injection in conjunction with subcision. Not only is he an excellent cosmetic surgeon, but his bedside manner is truly the best. Dr. Mercado truly listens to his patients' needs and works to set realistic goals, without pushing unnecessary procedures. From intake to aftercare, my experience has been nothing but stellar. Dr. Mercado completely changed my life. For years, my arms felt disproportionately large for my body shape, and I didn't even realize I had lipedema. I had previously undergone a painful liposuction with a different doctor in 2021 that unfortunately did not help at all.
