Great experience all around! I always get anxiety around choosing folks to help with household issues. ETEK came highly recommended from a family member and was simply fantastic. Marvin came out quickly, was professional, and wore shoe coverings when inside the house without me asking. Only took him an hour to diagnose the problem with my AC on the roof and swap out the part. He even took the time to explain to me how the AC functions, show me the broken capacitor and how you can tell it’s not functioning. Highly recommend!

Etek put in a new furnace and AC unit about 4 years ago. The work was exceptional. Given our positive experience, we chose them for a recent maintenance call for the AC. Marvin took the time to explain the situation and it was resolved quickly. The professionalism, technical knowledge, and customer service is elite and truly appreciated.

My AC unit stopped cooling on a weekend with temperatures in the 90's. I contacted Marvin at ETEC and left a voice message not expecting that anyone would be available until Monday but Marvin responded right away. He inspected my unit, diagnosed the problem and had my unit up and running quickly. I've used ETEC in the past and always had prompt professional and friendly service and would highly recommend them.
