Wouldn't use anybody else but Etek! – I have used Etek for over 5 years and would never think of going elsewhere. Doug Ewert goes above & beyond what you would expect out of an IT tech. If I do have to leave a message, he will call me back within the half hour (and I've called him at all hours!). He will always let you know if there is a cheaper way to go; not just charging you top dollar. Great and realiable – We've been a client of etekgroup for several years. The techs are always fast to respond and very helpful. Most problems they fix within minutes. thanks Etek
Customer Service Horrible – This is by far the worst customer service ever experienced. Contacted Doug Ewert for repair and he never showed up. Called 2 times only got answering machine. Finally returned call but feed me a pack BS. Avoid this business..not reliable or truthful.
