Great experience start to finish!
ETEK repaired & sealed my garage floor and it looks GREAT. Eric Hopkins came out and explained the entire process, walked my garage floor and told me what they would do. Since it is a suspended floor & I have a storage room under it the idea of replacing the garage floor was going to be expensive. Their crew was professional, thorough & took the time to explain their work to me. Having the assurance of a 15 year warranty makes me very comfortable with my decision. Promises made, promises kept, I am DELIGHTED!!!
Mike H. Did a great job at explaining the product and how the install would work etc. He was "spot on" and the install went flawless. The install team was extremely professional and on time. The basement floor looks great and was definitely the right decision. We highly recommend this product and this company!
