I interviewed with EtechHi for a Community Association Manager role, and the entire process raised several red flags. The interview was one-sided with no opportunity to ask questions, and the position was described in vague terms. The job posting itself was lacking in substance, and the interview format didn’t allow for meaningful dialogue.
