[EDIT] I originally left a 1 star review because of a terrible experience I had but am back to tell anyone reading this that Etched Media went to great lengths to rectify the situation. Tom reached out to my administrative assistant (who was in charge of having a wooden handle laser etched with a client's name) to let her know that they saw my original review and wanted to make it right.
