I had a wonderful experience with Hamza for my Balayage! He truly demonstrated great attention to detail and took the time to patiently listen to what I was looking for. I’ve visited Etch a few times, but my experiences weren’t always the best. However, Isabella, the owner, is wonderful. After I left a negative review, she reached out and made things right. She made sure my experience was heard and validated. I can’t wait to return! Isabella truly embodies excellent service. I highly recommend Etch and their stylists. Class acts all around. :)
