They always provide great service, for prom or wedding. We have used them for years. Just recently used them for Lebanon Prom 2013 and received awesome service. Very pleased, highly recommended, you won't be disappointed. ETC rocks!!!

It was a great experience, the service was great and I got the tux that I wanted. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The employees helped me very quickly and did not waste any time. Although they were busy they got everyone in and out of there as quickly as they could. Thank You.

I've heard great things about Etc Bridal, so I decided to check it out for a prom dress. Needless to say, my experience was less than satisfying. Upon walking into the shop, I was greeted by a smell of smoke (which was not only bad for my asthma, but the smell lingered on the dresses), and was NOT greeted by the staff (who approached five or so minutes later, and were severely underdressed). The ladies at ETC Bridal are wonderful. They're very inviting and aim to please no matter what you are looking for. You are not just another SALE but rather you are a person or friend they are helping to find the perfect dress. After looking at other shops in the area including those in Lebanon and Springfield, ETC Bridal is by far the best when it comes to price, hospitality, helpfulness, and knowledge of products. I would recommend ETC Bridal to everyone.

Mychelle was so so helpful. I had gone to 4 other shops and they all made me feel bad asking to try on other dresses and were all kind of stuck up. Mychelle was great, i tried on a total of nine dresses and she made each one so much fun, and then i said something about how i am going to be wearing a bird cage and she went and got one right away with some jewelry for me to try on and it really helped me to see the whole picture. We are going through etc for tuxedos and the girls there are so nice. They're very affordable and have the same things as other places in town but cheaper. I love it.
