If I could give him ZERO stars I would. I DO NOT recommend William unless you want your money stolen. He is beyond unprofessional and has been ignoring my mother's calls . He recognizes the phone number and therefore chooses to ignore it and never reaches back. He charged her the fee to do her taxes and never submitted all of the paperwork so my mother never got her taxes back. Unfortunately it has occurred a second time this year but let it be the last!!
