I am so glad I found Dr. Etano! He is so compassionate and caring. He team is awesome also. Ryan is there for you for whatever you need and is super responsive with any questions you have. Michelle is the best nurse and always has a smile on her face. I enjoy coming to my doctors appointments! They are lifesavers
Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated to this morning ! I went in seeking help on my recovery and getting mat services and was left a voicemail stating I'm not good enough or because I'm homeless I'm not able to go to this clinic before today I didn't know you could be denied services from a clinic before you even start My life is on the line and these people made me hate myself just a little more today with their actions this is sick and not a joke I hope no one else is treated this way

The Etano Center at Pima and Alvernon is truly outstanding. The staff—especially Zoann, Michelle, and Nick—are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about helping people. The signup process is smooth, and they even give you a gift card after completing your paperwork, which is a thoughtful touch. There’s hardly ever a wait—usually just 3 to 4 minutes—and most patients qualify for weekend take-homes right away. The clinic is centrally located and super convenient.
