RecommendedI highly recommend ET Plumbing. During some remodeling, I punctured the hot water pipe from the heater at slab level. They came out promptly to assess, gave me a quote that was far lower than another plumber, then returned the following business day. It took less time to complete the repair than I expected. Polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Next time I do something stupid, I know who to call to bail me out.

They repaired a leaky toilet, fixed a shower drain that has not worked right in years, fixed a tub faucet that always dripped cold water (which ruins a relaxing bath), and installed a sink faucet we picked out. There's nothing these guys can't do, and they are friendly, on time, and perfectly professional.

I experienced Eric's quality of work when he worked for a very expensive plumbing company in Austin. He went that extra customer service mile and you just don't forget customer service since it seems to be extinct. I kept his card over 10 yrs and located him to replace a hot water heater, though some of Eric's crew put the hot water heater in this time the quality of service is the same. Thanks Eric and guys!
