I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I had to switch my review to one star because they switched prices on me they don’t tell you how much it is until it’s time to pay. I’ve always paid the same amount for my pedicure, nails eyelashes and eyebrows waxing. Today they were complaining because I only came in to do my eyelashes and I didn’t get my pedicure or nails so they overcharged me for my eyelashes. I am deeply concerned that your staff may have acted intentionally, as rubbing alcohol was applied immediately after waxing. This is NOT industry standard, and even after I explicitly requested that the second technician avoid using alcohol on my other eye, she proceeded to do so anyway. Following this incident, I had to visit a doctor, who advised me to purchase products that ended up costing more than the original service itself. The worse place ever! They make a mess in my naturals nails, I went back and they try to charge me again, DONT GO TO THIS PLACES! I will never recommend it! They don’t care about customers
There’s no reason why someone should have to sit there waiting super long to get there eyebrows done and not even be acknowledged, terrible service walked right out
