Our heat pump stopped working on a Saturday night at 9:30pm just before Christmas. The oil backup furnace wouldn't work and the thermostat was toast. Bring a comfort club member really came in handy. The guys showed up and worked through the problems. Turned out to be three different issues and they stayed until after midnight and made sure we had heat. Thanks guys, your dedication to your customers is very much appreciated.

Outstanding service! New heat pump order (interior and exterior) was confirmed on a Monday. Installation was started - and completed - 3 days later on Thursday! Works like a charm! Installers were 100% professionals… knowledgeable, competent and extremely efficient. Hats off to Nadeem and his technician partner, and as well to Gary, who assessed and quoted our needs - and orchestrated the quick install.

I’ve had two systems put in by ET Mechanical in my home, workers were great polite, and they did a great job of cleaning up when the job was all finished. I highly recommend them.
