These guys are great!!! I will use them anytime.
You will not find a more competent and patient person to assist you than Mr. Lofton Gould. Very knowledgeable and on top of the inventory and, when necessary, what can be ordered. To top it all, he treats every request as a major sale, no matter how small. I will continue to use ET Fasteners b/c even after he retires, I know that the people he trains will carry on his example of superior customer service.
Super helpful! Was working on a bicycle and lost a screw. came in with one and was helped no problem. Will definitely be coming back and sending people here from now on!
The best place in Tyler, Tx to find any screws you needs !
