Did not fulfill their promises to me nearly at all. My payment actually continued to rise once I was on. I looked st root later and they offered far cheaper insurance. Like 60 dollars in savings. I tried to find out how to cancel my membership/policy and they never spoke to me or had any resources to do such a thing. I'll not be going through this company ever again. So i have a breed of dog that you guys will not cover. She is however and emotional support animal and will be a service dog soon i hope. My dog is not a pitbull but is in the family but you have no idea how much she helps me.
