Took my car for diagnostic check. My car came out the shop with a loud muffler sound that was not there before and was told it was part of the work of checking my timing belt. I had another reputable shop in town who checked my timing and my car did not come out with a loud muffler. I have a recording of what my car sounded like before and after the reputable shop checked and gave me my car back. We love Esty's! Top notch crew and customer service. We are able to get our vehicles in at scheduled times and they finish work when they say they will. We take all of our vehicles there - work rigs, street rods and personal daily drivers. All work is performed correctly and timely.
I highly recommend this shop. Courteous employees fair quotes, efficient and competent service done in a timely fashion.
How do they treat loyal customers? They mess with your car so you have to keep coming back. Another shop confirmed this morning, someone had snipped wires in my car. They won’t be touching my car again.
I called this morning in a panick. My car had lights on I didnt know and my power steering was acting up. They were quick to tell me the issue and fix them no questions asked free at cost to me. Seriously an amazing Shop that continuously cares about their customers! Thank you Estys! Happy Holidays!
