This company has been an absolute nightmare. Disturbing neighbors with noise level that’s surpass the allowed dBA levels. Showing up before HOA permitted hours, playing music in front of neighboring units, smoking cigarettes all over the property and dumping their cigarette buds everywhere, talking loudly and yelling everywhere and hiring contractors that dump debris in gardens! ESTRUTRA are not building dreams, they’re building nightmares!
The team is very committed and responsible.
