Dr Estrin is an excellent doctor, I've been her patient for years. She takes time to review the history, talk to and diagnose her patients. Excellent office staff.
Dr. Estrin is my doctor. I am surprised of the negative reviews. This doctor is very loving and compassionate. She’s thorough and very attentive to my health. I have several friends that I referred to her and they feel the same way.
Soy agente de seguros llamé para verificar que seguros aceptan y la persona que responde el teléfono me colgó y con muy mala actitud. Que pena que las personas que trabajan en oficina no sepan la importancia de la educación y buenos modales para los clientes me recomendaron esta doctora pero después de esta experiencia imposible ir.
By far, the WORST front staff ever imaginable. The girl who answers the phone has absolutely no phone etiquette or manners. She should not be the first thing that your patients interact with or else you’re going to lose any patient that calls your office. Always has an attitude and it’s disgusting.
I work in the building and I went in their office for help. I was on the verge of passing out and not feeling well. I told them I need to get my blood pressure checked. I was turned down immediately. She didn’t care to ask me how I’m feeling or care at all to help me in any way shape or form. I’m disgusted to be honest. Someone who practices medicine and doesn’t care to help someone in need is beyond me.
