They make you wait in the waiting area for over an hour even if your there early for your appointment ..other then that drs and nurses have been very friendly and professional so I guess the waiting is worth it if your not in a rush
Worst customer service! I was told by their call center that they would not call me back. She went on to say that they won't make calls to patients and that patients only call them. I told her I had received calls from them before. She said I must have the wrong place. I told her I was calling Estrella Women's. After confirming that was in fact the right place I called, she was still insistent that they won't do that. I told her that if I go online I can request an appt and I will receive a call. Just had my 2nd child in 2 years And even though the birth was night and day differences, Dr Walter was consistent through both with his dedication to patients and our babies! A sincere Thank You and much appreciation to what you do! Just love how personable his assistant Anabel is too!
Ingrid is the best there is in my opinion...she actually sees you as a person and not "just a patient".
I love the atmosphere and service I receive. Extremely greatful that I was able to find a Dr. like Dr. B Ho. Always helpful and understanding.
They were definitely busy but I never felt rushed. This is the second Dr we've been too and it's my first pregnancy and EVERYONE was supportive and congratulated us. I recommend this office to anyone and everyone. Thank you Dr. Rathee!
