I absolutely love it here. Dr.Oland was amazing and I could not be more happy with how the birth of my daughter went!
I just read the WORST patient comment!! Health care providers are paid to be empathetic. They are counselors and educators. Some glorified CNA bimbo there humiliated a young lady!! If you don't like working with people, quit your job and volunteer at the dog pound!!
Worst customer service! I was told by their call center that they would not call me back. She went on to say that they won't make calls to patients and that patients only call them. I told her I had received calls from them before. She said I must have the wrong place. I told her I was calling Estrella Women's. After confirming that was in fact the right place I called, she was still insistent that they won't do that. I told her that if I go online I can request an appt and I will receive a call.
