Excellent service the best in KS and MO their customer service is one of the best that's why I keep coming back and highly recommend this place quality is great
They stripped my lugnuts and overtoruqe them. Went to later same day to have a friend do my breaks and we can’t get the tire off the lug nuts are on to tight we even tired power tools when I called to explain the issue they didnt want to make it right (I even offered to buy new lugnuts ) they wanted to charge me to take the tire off and but it back on correctly
Last year I had a flat up the street from them, I came in and asked how much a used tire was and the dude (looked young, maybe early 20's) said "We don't sell used tires" so because I pulled in without reading their sign and I was already distraught from the flat I paid $140 for a new tire. I believe they charged me $10 or $15 for using a card instead of paying cash.
