While other tire shops on Parallel pkwy and Troost Avenue seemed uncaring to my needs or business, when I called Estrella Tire Shop, the owner answered me with Politeness and acknowledged my needs. He asked me to come in, and that they would take care of me right away. To my surprise, although they were just as busy as the other tire shops, the employees of Estrella ACTUALLY acknowledged me, asked me what I needed, and within 15 minutes, I had a new tire on my car! Always fast and affordable and they do great work!
I called ahead of time to check if they had my tire in stock, and they quoted me a price for both a used tire and a new tire. They said that they had both in stock. I arrived at their shop, and they took off my tire, started deflating it, and then came out and started by saying that it cost more than the price they quoted me on the phone. After talking with them for a little longer, they said, "Okay, yeah, it's the price that we gave you on the phone."
