I had an appointment scheduled for 9:00 AM for an estimate. I drove about 30 minutes specifically to meet with Estrella Plumbing because I have a very busy schedule and made time for this appointment. No one showed up. I received no phone call, no text, and no email letting me know there was a problem or that they would be late. I had to call the office myself to find out what was going on. I would honestly rate this company a zero if I could. They came out two weeks ago for a low water pressure issue and a leak. They charged me $480, but they never clearly explained what the actual problem was or what they did to fix it. Now, just two weeks later, my building has flooded — and I can’t get a response from them. When I called to address the issue, they were belligerent and refused to take any responsibility. Not a trustable company. They carged us $380 to fix a toilet. They changed it for the wrong part and now they say I should change the entire toilet. Come on guys, now you don’t even return calls. Expect to hear from our attorneys.
