I would honestly rate this company a zero if I could. They came out two weeks ago for a low water pressure issue and a leak. They charged me $480, but they never clearly explained what the actual problem was or what they did to fix it. Now, just two weeks later, my building has flooded — and I can’t get a response from them. When I called to address the issue, they were belligerent and refused to take any responsibility. Not a trustable company. They carged us $380 to fix a toilet. They changed it for the wrong part and now they say I should change the entire toilet. Come on guys, now you don’t even return calls. Expect to hear from our attorneys.

Best plumbing company in Miami. I had an incredible experience with Estrella Plumbing. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and highly responsive. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived right on time. The plumber was knowledgeable, courteous, and took the time to explain everything before starting the work. The repair was completed efficiently, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.
