Hoy llamé para que atendieran a mi niño que es paciente de ellos que es asmático y la respuesta fue que solo atienden por cita , se supone que el tiene una doctora para que lo atienda , la respuesta fue que los llevara al hospital, estando yo a 2 minutos de ellos , y mi niño con dolor en el pecho no lo quisieron atender , la doctora es muy buena , pero de que vale si no te atienden cuando el niño lo necesita
Dr. Smetzler has been our go to. She cares and listens. She has seen my daughter since she was a baby. Everyone there knows her from when she was only a few days old and always talks about how much she’s growing. All the drs are great. My kiddo is always sick and they get her in the same day, and make sure she gets appropriate treatment. I drive from Peoria for their amazing care.
