I’ve been seeing Dr. Velarde since 2022 and she is very professional and personable. She makes time to explain things thoroughly and is very nice.

Worst customer service ever. Thought maybe it was a fluke the first time after being ignored and the appt taking 4 hours but the second was just as bad. The front desk has no care for the patients and barely acklowledge that you are there. I patiently waited as they decided to pick up the phone and make a personal call with their back to me. This mind you is after we have been in the office for 2 hours again for a follow up appointment.

11/6/24 I have a 1:30pm appt& arrived at1:13pm. It’s 2:19pm & still sitting in the waiting room. The front desk woman has a personality of a wet rag. All she does was make excuses, no care in her tone at all. I will have to find another provider who can at least not over book patients & care about them. This office is disorganized & the assistants quarrel with each other. In the over 1 hr now that I’ve been sitting here I have seen evidence that tells me to go elsewhere to get care. Dr. Weiss and his medical assistant were welcoming and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me a thorough understanding of my health and reason for checkup. Front office receptionist was very busy but scheduled my appointment when she had time to breathe.
