My first impression was very good. I needed a new PCP and contacted Estrella. The 2 ladies in the front were very helpful. I had problems with my insurance and they were able to assist and resolve my problem. Edit: my review stands from above. I am currently having problems getting my referral for ENT because the staff who keeps calling me only speaks Spanish and whenever I ask for an English translator they don't respond back. I would really just want my referral so I can see a specialist..pls.
