My doctor always goes over everything with me and makes sure I understand it. She is very caring.
I have been a fan of this office for years! I am lucky to have Dr Burrows and all the staff in charge of my health, she is very knowledgeable and caring never rushed this office is just wonderful
I had my first introductory visit at Optum Primary Care - Shea with Dr. Erica Grabinski, DO. I’m very pleased with the visit and would give her 5 stars for a first appointment. She took the time to review my health history in MyChart, listened carefully, and answered all of my questions. The front desk, especially Carole, was helpful and friendly. Dr. Grabinski didn’t rush and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision to choose Optum. Looking forward to continuing care here.
