I've never had a good experience with them. Especially the two old ladies at the reception desk, they are very bossy.
What a waist of time! I added it to the list of the worst costumer service in healthcare system in the valley!
Watch your bills. The organization is dysfunctional. We have been wrongly receiving a $399. bill for over a year. We have called several times and been assured that they would handle the matter but it never changes. We’ve also mailed the bill back to them with a letter explaining, but again nothing changes. This does not speak well of the organization.
Went in to see her as a new Primary and to get referrals to a cardiologist and address a shoulder injury. Tried to get other physical issues addressed but she kept shutting me down, locking in on my weight and telling me I'm depressed. Absolutely made me feel like I was wasting HER time, I didn't even get to disclose my full recent medical history or family medical history. Depending on how follow up goes after testing I am considering finding help elsewhere
