Absolutely unprofessional and borderline fraudulent branch. they would not update any payment information after being instructed to do so 4 individual times taking out a late fee each even with funds available and proven to be available in those times. then after claiming they were never given the new payment information sent me receipts of those same months I used the new Debit card to pay those bills with so they lied about having the information on file.
