I would give 1-star for Street AMC, but they did pay for my appriasal...so 2 stars. Our new home closed with a one-week extension on the original closing date. The additional time was needed due to eStreet AMC 'managing' to complicate the appraisal effort. Two weeks after locking in the rate, eStreet was contacted by our lender to set up an appraisal. eStreet reached out to 3 appraisers.
