Daily police activity. Poor maintenance of dog area. Dogs repeatedly got worms. Now they haven’t once since we moved. They came into the apartment without giving advance notice, and my daughter was scared. They don’t properly credit your rent payments. They charge you a fee for no rental insurance even though they have your fully paid for policy on file.
Just keep looking, don’t even bother renting here. This is the worst property I’ve ever lived at, managed by a company who keeps throwing different managers in a office who have no knowledge of laws. High turnover so it’s always going between a multitude of people who all say different things. Poor responses from management to anything, expect to be ignored, and if you go into the office to discuss an issue that is being ignored, they tell you they don’t have an answer for you and will get back to you, well here I am 6 month... read more
I stopped by the office on Sunday to tour the property. Unfortunately, the office was closed until 2:30 pm. I returned today only to be left standing in the entry while two staff members were conversing in the office. The young woman eventually made 'eye-contact' with me and said, "I'll be right with you ma'am." Fifteen minutes later I was still waiting. Sixteen minutes later, I was driving away. 🤨
RecommendedEveryone has been very helpful and responsive. I have not had the opportunity to try out any of the resident events or the facilities, but everything is very nice here.
I would recommend it except people don't clean up after their pets and it's not getting any better. My kids can't play in the green spaces for fear of dog poop and I'm worried my dog will get sick from all of the poop not picked up everywhere (not just the dog park).
Gates constantly broken, trash in hallways/stairways, people using drugs in hallway, garbage not always picked up..... Oh and did I forget to mention the smell
