I’ve been coming to see Dr. Estrada for several years. Today I have an appointment at 2:15 pm was not seeing until to 250pm. I asked the receptionist was taking so long she tells me read the sign in front of you it says we are shortstaffed. I told her they are people Who came in last and has been seen before me.
