Called to reschedule 30 minutes before appointment that was set for over 2 weeks stating the workers didn’t finish a job Friday. Stated she didn’t know until she got into the office Monday but then stated her husband was one of the workers. Husband screamed at me and I told him to forget it I would find a professional company. They could care less that I took the day off and didn’t have the professionalism to contact me sooner when they knew Friday they weren’t coming to do the job.
