This dealership is a complete joke. I confirmed a car before driving AN HOUR to get there. When I arrived, it was already sold — but still showed available on their website. The person I'd been texting? An AI bot. So no real human being actually checked if the car existed before I wasted my time. Walked in and not even a 'hi.' No eye contact. No greeting. 04/14/26 Dealing with Eric Fellers (salesman) and Todd Bartley (sales manager) they won't honor the $177,814 sale price listed on their website which is MSRP for a new 2026 Escalade V, unless I trade my vehicle in at a number that is thousands below what others have offered.
