If you are a subcontractor stay away from this company! They do not pay you when the work is completed! We were not paid over $6,000 on the Chase Bank project in Fulton, Maryland. For over a year we have been told that the money was coming. Lie after lie after lie.

This General Contractor by management of Lunique Estime is very dishonest with subcontractors. They withhold tens of thousands of dollars that they owed us at the end of contract after all final inspections were completed on time. Their reason for with holding the money had nothing to do with the job (which was completed) or our contract. Subcontractors be aware.
